To fully access our job and candidate databases, users must register as a member.
For Job Seekers: We collect contact and professional information.
For Employers: We collect company and contact details. JICE is the sole owner of this information and will not disclose it to external parties. We may use your contact details to provide a personalized experience by suggesting relevant jobs or career articles.
2. Financial Data Security
No credit card details are stored, sold, shared, or leased to any third parties.
All online transactions are processed securely to ensure maximum protection.
3. CV Management
Members have two options for their CV visibility:
Deactivated Mode: Your CV is stored for your personal reference only and is hidden from all search engines and employers.
Active Mode: Your CV is searchable by registered employers.
Privacy Tool: Job seekers can use our "Block Employer" feature to hide their current employer’s name from search results, ensuring total confidentiality while job hunting.
4. Job Postings
Employers submit requirements voluntarily. While job details are public, contact information is restricted to registered members only. Employers also have the option to post jobs anonymously by hiding their company name.
5. Personal Workspace
Registered users have access to a private workspace to manage their application history. This data is protected and accessible only via your secure login credentials.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
For any refund or cancellation inquiries, please contact our sales office via the "Contact Us" page.
Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of JICE and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Approved refunds will be processed only through the original mode of payment.
